It reaches a person, not a queue
Everything submitted here lands in one place that the team actually reads, usually within a day or two. There is no ticket system and no autoresponder.
Corrections come first
A wrong fact, a bad translation or a disrespectful line in something we published gets looked at before any feature request does. An archive that will not correct itself is not worth keeping.
Anonymous is fine
Contact details are optional and off by default. If you are telling us a page about your own family is wrong, you should not have to identify yourself to say so.
You will not hear back on everything
We would rather be honest than promise a reply we cannot give. We have busy lives — school, work full-time, family, play, time to party etc. If you leave an address we will use it when there is something worth saying.
Not feedback
Some things deserve a longer conversation.
